Flag Football Rules
* Four downs only, NO first downs
* 3 second rush - count out loud
* flags outside of shirt and on the sides
* need to pull only one flag
* if punting, must call it and no rush
* no fumbles - ball is dead, play is over
* no flag guarding
* kick or punt on all kick-offs
* no straight arming
* may blitz when offense attempting a running play
Flag Football Terms
Touchdown - Runner carries the ball across the goal line or a pass is completed in the end zone.
End Zone - The area between the goal line and the end line.
Down - A unit of the game which starts with centering the ball and ends when the ball is dead.
Line of Scrimmage - An imaginary line drawn from the front tip of the ball and parallel to the line.
Flag Guarding - Any player using hands, arms, clothing to prevent a player from pulling the flag.
